Every commission I do, has to be paid after I finished the drawing. Not paying will result being listed in a Blacklist and you are not allowed to commission me ever again before you pay the last commissioned art.
Every commission has to be paid with Paypal. The currency is always in EURO.
The commissioned drawing can be used in many ways unless it is used for:
Commercial Use
Merch
Streaming alert
Merchandise and Commercial use has to be discussed before the commission is started. A fee will be added to the price.
Png-Tuber Models and Avatars also fall under the commercial fee! Especially while streaming or using it mainly in a video.
Streaming-deco is without a fee.
Always credit me when you can. For example: In a video description on Youtube.
Design TOS
You are allowed to use the designed character the way you want. Just don't use them
in a way, that harms other people. For example: Racism, Discrimination, Homophobic Intentions, P*dpofilic Intentions, etc...
You are allowed to change the design, but the character has to be somehow still recognizable.
Once purchased, you cannot put a higher price for the character UNLESS it has commissioned art or personal art.
Once traded, you cannot put a price for the character UNLESS it has commissioned art or personal art.
